TikTok Star Tabitha Swatosh’s Moving Disaster Her Dream House Was Sold Without Warning

TikTok star Tabitha Swatosh, 24, broke down in tears as she shared a moving nightmare on her social media.

The influencer, known for her time with The Hype House, revealed she’s now homeless after the Tennessee home she planned to move into was sold out from under her.

Tabitha’s Big Move Hits a Huge Snag

Tabitha had been living in a luxurious eight-bedroom mansion in Tarzana, CA, with her boyfriend, Michael Sanzone, and other social media stars.

When her best friends Alex Warren and Kouvr Annon decided to move to Nashville after their wedding, Tabitha and her roommates chose to end their lease and start fresh.

Tabs documented the moving process on TikTok, including packing and house hunting.

She found her “dream home” in Nashville, put down a deposit, signed a contract, and scheduled movers to transport her belongings across the country.

But on the day her movers arrived, everything fell apart.

Her real estate agent called with shocking news: the house had been sold to someone else, leaving Tabitha with nowhere to go.

“How Is This Even Possible?”

Through tears, Tabitha shared her disbelief:
“I signed a contract, paid a deposit, and was supposed to get the keys in a few days.

Now I have a moving truck full of my stuff and no home.”

She explained that the homeowners offered to redirect her belongings, but she has no idea where to send them.

Her dad, Matthew Swatosh, stepped in with some tough love. “This is real life. It’s a challenge, but it’s also an opportunity. You’ll figure this out,” he reassured her.

Fans Rally Behind Tabitha

Fans flooded Tabitha’s post with supportive comments, offering advice and encouragement.

Some suggested she “lawyer up” immediately, while others reminded her that everything happens for a reason.

“Your dad is amazing,” one fan commented. “This will turn out better than you think!”

What Went Wrong?

Tabitha clarified that her real estate agent wasn’t at fault. Both she and her agent were blindsided by the sudden sale, which was handled by the homeowners and their agent.

In fact, renters have rights in situations like this. Tabitha should check her agreement to see how the house sale impacts her deal.

For now, she’s left searching for a new place to call home and her fans are eager to see how she bounces back.
