Big things are happening in Dallas! The famous Stoneleigh Hotel, a landmark that’s been around for more than 100 years, is getting a huge renovation and will reopen in spring 2026.
The hotel will become part of Marriott’s Autograph Collection, with a brand-new design by the award-winning studio Fettle. And here’s something exciting for food lovers — Chef Michael White, a James Beard Award winner, will lead the hotel’s brand-new restaurant.
The makeover includes:
- A new pool and terrace area
- A high-end fitness center with top training equipment
- A modern, luxury interior while keeping its Dallas charm
“The Stoneleigh has always been more than a hotel — it’s part of Dallas’ history,” said Shai Zelering from Brookfield Properties. “We’re keeping that spirit alive but adding fresh, exciting experiences.”
Built in 1923, the Stoneleigh is Dallas’ second-oldest hotel and has been a popular gathering spot for generations.
