Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger’s Home Adventure: From Hollywood Hills to Brentwood

Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger’s Journey Through Various Homes

The love story of Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger began with a whirlwind romance that even Hollywood finds impressive.

They first crossed paths at church in 2018 under the guidance of Katherine’s mother, Maria Shriver.

Quickly becoming a couple, they tied the knot in a lavish ceremony at a Montecito resort less than a year later, in June 2019. Over the past five years, they’ve welcomed two daughters while searching for the perfect place to raise their family.

Their real estate journey started with a Mediterranean-style Hollywood Hills home purchased for $3.3 million in 2013.

This stunning residence, where they raised Chris’s son Jack from his previous marriage, boasted luxurious amenities like a tennis court and saltwater pool.

Following their split in 2017, the house was sold for $4.75 million in 2020.

In addition to their Hollywood Hills abode, Chris Pratt acquired a Stillwater Ranch farm in the San Juan Islands of Washington state during his first marriage.

This serene property became a cherished retreat for the couple, where they enjoyed outdoor activities and even received a pair of pigs as a birthday gift.

While Katherine’s family explored potential homes in Los Angeles, they eventually settled on a Santa Monica bungalow.

Katherine adorned the space with her interior decorating skills, combining clean white linen furniture with dark navy accents.

Although she no longer resides there, the property remains under her ownership.

The couple’s next adventure led them to Pacific Palisades, where Chris purchased an unfinished mansion for $15.6 million in 2018.

Over the next two years, they transformed the residence into a California casual oasis with wood-beamed ceilings and indoor-outdoor living spaces.

After listing the home for $32 million in 2023, they sold it for the asking price.

Their most recent acquisition is a historic midcentury-modern residence in Brentwood, purchased for $12.5 million in 2023.

While the existing structure was razed, plans are underway to build a new 15,000-square-foot home with modern amenities and lush landscaping, potentially becoming their dream family home.
