Sean Hannity, the Fox News host known for his bold takes, is making waves in real estate again.
After publicly declaring he was “done” with New York, Hannity has purchased a stunning $23.5 million estate in Manalapan, Florida, as part of his ever-growing portfolio.
The Lavish New Property
Hannity’s new home, located in the upscale Palm Beach County town of Manalapan, spans two acres on Barrier Island.
The estate boasts frontage on both the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway, complete with a dock for watercraft.
The 12,000-square-foot mansion features eight bedrooms, a pool, a wine room, and a rooftop terrace.
While the property is luxurious, its interior is dated, and many speculate Hannity might renovate or even tear it down to build a more modern home—something not uncommon in the area.
Manalapan has been a hotspot for high-profile real estate deals. Oracle co-founder Larry Ellison broke records in 2022 with a $173 million oceanfront purchase nearby.
Hannity’s Real Estate Empire
This Florida estate is just one of many properties in Hannity’s extensive real estate portfolio, estimated to be worth $90 million.
The Guardian and LA Times have reported that Hannity’s investments span seven states and include luxury mansions, low-income housing, apartment complexes, and even an entire neighborhood of duplexes in Georgia.
Much of Hannity’s portfolio was acquired during the 2013 housing market downturn, taking advantage of discounted foreclosures.
His holdings are often structured through shell companies, starting with “SPMK,” followed by Roman numerals.
Hannity has defended his investments, stating they target underserved communities needing revitalization.
“I believe in putting my money to work in communities that otherwise struggle to receive such support,” he said.

Hannity’s move places him among an elite circle of Manalapan residents, including tech mogul Larry Ellison, musician Billy Joel, and motivational speaker Tony Robbins.
